QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING AND SHIPPING
1)  How do i order spiritual supplies?  The ordering process is detailed on my Order Page.  Click here to be taken there.

2)  How do i order spiritual services?  The ordering process is detailed on my Order Page.  Click here to be taken there.

3)  What if i want to order both products and services?  Do i have to fill out both a Request for Supplies Form and a Request for Services Form?  No.  To request both services and supplies, just use the Request for Services Form.  There is plenty of room in the text boxes on the form to fill out your desired supplies as well as give information about services too.  Just make sure to include the size, quantity, and a description for each product.

4)  What is required from me before ordering spiritual services?  That you agree to and conform with the Terms of Service Agreement and that you also read the Disclaimer.

5)  What payment forms do you accept?  I only accept PayPal payments and post office money orders.  It only takes a few minutes to sign up for a PayPal account and you can use a back account, a debit card, or a credit card to pay with via PayPal.  Click here to be taken to PayPal.  If you chose to pay by money order, on the emailed invoice there will be a payment name and address for you to send payment to.  Click here to read about the ordering process.

6)  What kind of shipping do you offer and how much is it?  I ship all my packages through USPS Priority Mail.  I mail heavy items in flat rate boxes so my clients don't have to pay extra for weight.  For shipping within the United States, each box ranges in price from $5.00 to $9.50.  Free delivery confirmation is included in all purchases.

7)  What about insurance?  Insurance is highly recommended.  You must request insurance on your Request for Services/Supplies Form or i will not invoice you for it.  If you do not purchase insurance, i can not be responsible for any damage during shipping or lost packages.  I will not refund your money or make you a new candle/amulet, etc. for free.  Please consider purchasing insurance as it's usually $2 or less.

8)  Do you ship internationally?  Most of the times i do, but sometimes i don't.  Contact me beforehand to check on availability and for a shipping quote.

9)  Why did you decline my Request for Supplies/ Services?  I maintain the absolute right to refuse services and/or supplies to anyone for any reason.  I will write you my reasoning via email.  This decision is final, and no amount of pressure or heckling will change my mind.  I have many reasons for denying supplies and services:  i am too busy, i can't fill orders any time soon, i do not feel our personalities mesh, there is a violation of my Terms, i am referring you to another worker, etc.

10)  How long does it take to receive ordered supplies?  After receipt of payment, i try my hardest to fulfill all SUPPLY orders within 3 business days.  The wait time is a little longer for customized spiritual supplies.  You can always check the Client Section to see if there are updates posted.

11)  How long does it take to receive ordered spiritual services?  This is highly variable and i can't offer any guarantees on how long it will take me to make your candle or your amulet.  i try my best to finish such work within 5 business days, and i usually can finish faster.  If time is extremely important such as a surgery, a court hearing, or a job interview (not a broken heart or an ex seen out and about with a new flame ;-), please contact me first to check on my availability.  Sometimes i can accommodate last minute requests.  Check my Client Section for current wait times to get a better idea.  Whenever i accept a services request, i send my client an email with time frames.

12)  What is the Client Section?  I use the Client Section for two main purposes:  to inform people as to my current wait times for emails, shipping out supplies, and spiritual work, and i use this section to post general updates, news, and availability information.

13)  Do you honor refunds?  Not frequently.  That is what insurance is for.  If an item arrives broken, that's a problem for the US Postal Service, not me.  If you didn't purchase insurance, then i won't replace your broken candle/ bottle/ amulet for free.  If you did purchase insurance (good job!), you'll need to file a claim with the post office.  Now, i will tell you that i bubblewrap everything extra secure, and i take a great deal of care when packaging items.  As of yet, I've never had a problem with broken items on domestic shipping.

All sales are considered final.  I will not refund your money if your purchase something and later change your mind.  I will not refund your money if your candle or amulet or mojo bag didn't "work" for you.  Nothing in life is guaranteed, and even the most heartfelt prayers go "unanswered."  I will guarantee that i will put forth my best efforts to make you righteous supplies and offer you effective, quality spiritual work.  Please read my Terms of Service and my Disclaimer for more information.  In the rare event that i grossly misrepresent an item or ship you off the wrong thing, i will quickly and cheerfully make it right.  In any event, i am easy to work with and will try my best to make you happy and honor reasonable requests.

14)  Do you offer rush service?  Sometimes.  Contact me and let me know of your time frame.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SPIRITUAL SUPPLIES:
1)  How do i order spiritual supplies?
Full details on the ordering process can be found on the Order Page.  Click here to go there.

2)  Do you sell wholesale?  No.  I sell my products as cheaply as i can, and am unable to offer any price breaks other than what i currently provide.

3)  Is there any bulk discount?  I offer one discount:  buy any seven of my 1/2 oz. Condition Oils for $50.  This reduces the price by almost a dollar a bottle.

4)  Why buy spiritual supplies from you?  There certainly are cheaper/ more convenient  alternatives.  Well, i am biased, but i think my products are some of the best - if not THE best - spiritual supplies around.  I have more information about their specialness on my Products Page, but in a nutshell:  These are special supplies because i make them in small batches.  They are also rare because i only offer them to my personal clients; they are not mass- or commercially-produced.  I have the luxury of handling each bottle/baggie one at a time, and i pray over it individually and set it to working for its new owner.  My recipes are carefully crafted, tested, tweaked, and perfected.  To me these supplies are more precious than gold, a holy outpouring and expression of our Divine Universe.

Of course, if you wish to see for yourself, you can purchase small sampler vials of Condition Oils for only $2 apiece - a small investment if you're simply curious.

5)  I need a condition oil/ bath crystal/ sachet powder in a formula you don't have.  Do you make others?  I am always happy to consider other formulas, and oftentimes i have recipes that aren't posted.  Just Contact Me to discuss your options.

6)  Do you offer custom-blended supplies?  I need a condition oil/ bath crystals/ sachet powder for something that's not adequately addressed by the formulas you have listed.  I love doing custom work, and i certainly can custom-blend spiritual supplies if i have availability to do so.  I will usually be happy to blend two formulas together such as Marry Me and Stay With Me.  I will not blend three or more formulas together.  Consider asking me to custom-blend you an oil or just purchase an all-purpose oil such as Petition Oil.  Contact Me to discuss.

7)  Do you use fragrance oils to scent your products?  I primarily use pure essential oils in my spiritual supplies, although i do use fragrance oils as well.  I use a light touch when scenting my products, though, so nothing comes out smelling adolescent sickly-sweet melon or tutti-fruiti.  My fragrance oils are of the highest caliber and are cosmetic grade.  If you are allergic to synthetic fragrances, please let me know before ordering and i can suggest products that are only scented with essential oils.

8)  Are your products hypo-allergenic?  No, although i've never had a complaint about them irritating anyone.  If you have sensitive skin, be smart and test first on an inconspicuous and small part of your body.  Of course do not use any product internally; don't use near sensitive body parts such as near mucus membranes, genitals, around the mouth and eyes; don't use on babies, pregnant women, and animals.  Common sense stuff, folks.

9)  Can i have your recipe/ formula?  Or, I'm allergic to X; please tell me your ingredients.  No, i don't give out my formulas.  If you're allergic, seek out a maker who does list their ingredients.  I do give out spells, prayers, and a few formulas on my blog if you look around.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SPIRITUAL SERVICES
1)  What kinds of work do you offer?
Check out my Services Page for details on the types of services that i sell to the public.  Also read my Terms Page for more relevant information as well.

Conditions for which i excel are:  healing, spiritual cleansing, removal of obstructions, legal cases, heart-healing, money, employment, success, protection, love-drawing, marriage, fidelity, and luck, amongst others.

2)  Do you do magic for all purposes?  Will you curse someone for me?  No.  i don't offer certain services for folks without meeting them in person and/or having lengthy phone contact.  There are also some types of magic work i won't take on for anyone.  Now, i will refer you to another good worker who might help you.

Basically, in a nutshell, as a spiritual worker, i serve God and the work i do is holy in nature.  This is a broad and subjective definition, though, with plenty of "wiggle room" and the occasional exception.  Having a good, faithful lover is holy work in my opinion.  Enjoying an abundant financial situation is in harmony with God's blessings.  Keeping a dangerous, SOB ex-boyfriend away and rendered harmless is usually in accord with the Divine.  Magically preventing your child-molesting uncle who's about to get out of jail away from you and your family is a Godly intention as well.  See, there is a lot of subjectivity.

Some examples of work i will not do:  I will not work for folks who are completely unstable, who are so emotional they're behaving irrationally and can't think straight.  I will not do reconciliation work if you or your ex is abusive.  I usually don't do fidelity and reconciliation work for "the other woman."  I will not work against a couple that God has joined in holy matrimony.  I do not do break-up work except in extreme cases.  Very, very rarely will i curse someone or do other harmful magic against another person.

I will work vigorously for someone's protection, safety, and well-being, and am happy to counsel folks on their options, alternatives, and i'm also happy to make referrals to workers who may be better suited.  If in doubt, please contact me to see if your condition is something i can assist with.

3)  What kinds of people will you not do work for?  Read my Terms of Service page and my Disclaimer for more information along this vein.

I will not do work for folks who refuse medical treatment for physical complaints.  I do not work for people who refuse to help themselves, who like to wallow in self-pity, whose pay-off is being deeply unsatisfied and who don't want to change this.  I will not do work for folks who suffer from OCD that is not thoroughly managed.  I will not work for mentally ill people who refuse to take their medications.  If you have hired more than three spell-casters or similar practitioners for your current situation all within a short window of time, i am not interested in being another notch in your spiritual bedpost.

I will not tolerate dishonesty.  I have found it ineffective and counterproductive to work for folks who are mentally and emotionally unstable, who are so overcome they can't think straight or rationally.  I refuse service for anyone who willfully breaks one of my Terms of Service.  I immediately break contact with folks who bully me, who abuse me, or who threaten me.  Basically, if you are not a respectful person or don't work well with others, please don't hire me.  I really, really enjoy meeting kindly folks, and there's not enough precious time in the world to waste a minute with meanies.

4)  What kind of candlework do you do?  I call it spiritual candlework or the setting of lights.  This is intercessory prayer using natural energy from God, myself, and other helpers such as herbs, roots, flowers, and minerals.  I am a faith healer, and i attempt to work at the heart of the matter, to provide deep healing instead of superficial "fixes" to surface matters.  Read my Services Page for a description of the various types of candlework i offer.  Also feel free to contact me to further discuss your situation.

5)  Do you send ritual photos?  I have found that folks who request that i send them photos of my working are folks who doubt the validity of my work - whether or not i'm really lighting candles for them or whether or not i'm making them a special mojo bag within a ritual context.  If you have your doubts as to my sincerity, then maybe i'm not a good fit for you.  Now, i do understand being skeptical especially when there are many frauds out there, so if there's anything i can do to allay your doubts, let me know.  If you would like to have a ritual photograph just for your own personal use, i can usually comply.

6)  What is a Candlework Report?  For any 7-Day glass-encased vigil candle that i burn, i complete a Candlework Report for the client.  This report is emailed or it's sent with the empty candle glass depending on the service.  This report is short and includes a brief description of the burning pattern, any feedback from the burn, and my recommendations for further work, spiritual and mundane.  The Candlework Report is included in the price of the service.

7)  How long do you take to do my spiritual work, from beginning to end?  This is dependent on my case load at the time.  Check my Client Section for current wait times.  If i'm not particularly busy, then you may be in luck!  Generally i respond to your Request for Services within 24 hours.  I'll then get more info from you, give you a summary of the proposed spiritual work, and send out an invoice.  Once i'm paid, I will give you the time frame in which i will be doing you work and give you a tentative end/shipping date.  Unless there's a specific timing we're working with such as a court date or a job interview, i aim to complete all work within a week.  I like to time my spiritual work to certain days of the week, when this is possible.

8)  What's a mojo bag and how do i use it?  Please refer to this article on my blog.

9)  Why don't you offer set spells for sale like a reconciliation spell or an find a new lover spell?  Well... just because i don't.  Maybe one day, but for now i am limiting the work which i offer to the public.  I also consider my candleburning, especially the seven day work, to be very strong and effective for a variety of spiritual needs.  I will, though, entertain spell-type requests from folks i've done work with before, people i know i work well with.  I am available from time to time to provide phone consultations (note, not psychic readings) if your case is justified, you are pleasant and rational, and it's a situation where i think i can be of assistance.  I don't approve all requests for phone consultations, though, but you can certainly try.  Click here to be taken to the Request for Services Form.  A phone consultation is $45 for an hour or any part of an hour.

10)  Will you customize spellwork for me?  Maybe.  This is more likely to happen if i've done candlework for you before and/or you schedule a phone consultation.

11)  What's a phone consultation?  A phone consultation is our opportunity to speak with each other on the phone to gain more information about your unique set of circumstances.  This kind of consultation is done in conjunction with customized spellwork and the like, especially for sticky and complicated situations.  Phone consultations must be requested using the Request for Services Form.  I will only schedule a consultation if i believe that it is in our best interests, i.e. if i feel i can help you.

Phone consultations must be scheduled ahead of time and paid for in advance.  I will call you promptly using an anonymous phone number.  It is your responsibility to be there to receive this call and to ensure that your phone service will allow anonymous calls.  I will be diligent in my attempts to reach you, but if you don't answer the phone or are significantly late, you forfeit any refund or ability to reschedule.

A phone consultation is not a psychic reading.  I will not be using tarot cards or other divination methods other than my own common sense and my heightened intuition.  I can recommend psychics and readers, though, if that's what you want.  I will provide a sympathetic ear; give you realistic and honest advice, not patronize you; and i will never sugar-coat, tell you what you want to hear but what is not in your best interest.  I can pray with you; offer you practical, spiritual, and magical advice; and devise a customized plan of action should you desire it and if i agree to it.  No refunds are given if you are disappointed with your phone consultation, if i didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, or if i refused to take your case.

12)  Why is there a price range for your services?  I work on a sliding scale whenever i can.  If a service costs between $25 and $35, you decide where you fall.  Now, this is offered because i am trusting in people's highest good.  If this offering is abused, i will set my prices.  I just know that there have been times in my life that i hardly had a few coins to scrape together, and i have always been frustrated at expensive money-drawing spells (i mean, if you really have no money, do you have a few hundred dollars for a spell?).

If you are the lower end of the financial spectrum, please indicate such on your Request for Services Form, and i will adapt the work accordingly and invoice you appropriately.  You will still get powerful, first-rate candles and amulets; you just might not get as much glitter on your candle or a small Lodestone instead of a Medium Lodestone, that sort of thing.  There are ways to cut costs without sacrificing power.  If you are on the upper end of the financial spectrum, know that by paying full price (or by even donating a few extra dollars) you are giving a sacred Love offering, and in doing so, subsidize those less financially fortunate.  All things even out in the end, so for those in need know that the time will soon come when you'll be in a position to give.  Also, i tithe on all of my spiritually-derived income, gifting it to worthy and positive sources.

If you do not specify in your Request for Services Form or in an email your sliding scale needs, i will assume you are able to pay full price and will bill you accordingly.

13)  I can't afford to pay anything, and/or i need spiritual help right now!  I set small lights for people free of charge.  Go to my Candle Ministry Page for more information and to submit your prayer request.  This service does not include correspondence from me or a Candleburning Report.  Rest assured that your petition is kept in sacred trust and that prayer is being offered on your behalf usually within 24 hours.

There is also a grant entitled The Shared Prayer Grant which will subsidize spiritual work for folks who have a healing need and not enough money to pay for spiritual services.  Please go to my Shared Prayer Grant Page for more information about the grant, qualifying, and submitting an application for consideration.

Another great resource is an inter-denominational healing prayer support organization, Silent Unity.  Calling them is a profound experience, and i couldn't recommend it more heartily.  They are wonderful to call and pray with.  All you have to do is tell them whatever you want to, and they always have the perfect prayer, affirmations, and wise words - no preaching, evangelism, or judgments.  All faiths are honored.  The toll-free number is 1-800-NOW-PRAY.

Check my Links Page for other prayer resources.

14)  Will you refund my money if i'm dissatisfied?  Not likely.  A spiritual worker is just like any service professional.  Would you request a refund from a criminal defense lawyer if he didn't get you an acquittal?  How about requesting a refund from a medical doctor if he didn't cure your illness?  Would you ask a church for your donations back if your prayers weren't answered?  Um... no.  Same goes with what i do.

You do have my solemn affirmation that i will do everything in my power to make you happy and work towards manifesting your goals.  Read more about my guarantee on the Terms Page.  Also, due to laws in my state of residence, all spiritual products and services must be considered for "entertainment purposes" only (as much as i hate to say that, not to mention how offensive it it, but laws are laws).  Read my Disclaimer as well.

15)  Will you do a re-cast or a spell strengthening if i get no results?  I aim to please, and if you believe a little magical booster will help, i'll usually oblige.  A few things, though:  You will usually harvest all the magical fruits of your working within three months (read more on this subject below).  This is not always the case; some work is long-term in duration.  If after three months you see no improvement, contact me and we'll discuss your options.  For my own work, if my goal has not manifested by a certain time, i use that as an opportunity to reevaluate and re-work, and through a little soul-searching i often find my desires were not for my highest good.  Some people, though, just have to try and try again, and i understand.

16)  What kinds of information and items do you need from me when engaging in spiritual work on my behalf?  Typically i need answers to several questions in order to gather information about your unique circumstance.  This comes from the Request for Services Form, an additional questionnaire, and/or emails.  I prefer to have a photo of you and/or the target of the spiritual work.  This is provided via email.  I will accept personal concerns such as head hair and handwriting samples although these cannot be returned.  Please contact me first before sending me other personal effects to make sure i will accept them.

MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
1)  Does magic, spells, and/or spiritual candleburning always work?  Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.  For magic to work or not work is based largely on different variables - namely nothing in life is guaranteed, we often don't know what is best for us, and we certainly don't know what God/Fate has in store for us, even when we have the best of intentions.

Magic can be well related to prayer.  Sometimes our prayers are not answered.  Why is that?  1) It is not God's Will.  2) It was not for our highest good.  3) It was not the way our life is supposed to unfold.  4) There is something better right around the corner.  5) If we were to have it, it would interfere with whatever lesson/next thing coming to us.  6)  We are being obsessive and the Universe is telling us to LET IT GO!!, etc.  You get the idea.

These are all good explanations for why magic sometimes doesn't work.  We just don't always know what's best for us, nor do we have the big picture.   I can look back on several occasions in my life where I pined and pined for something and didn't get it.  Now looking back, I realize that getting that particular thing (or person) would have been disastrous in my life.  I now have a bigger piece of the puzzle, and I thank God for some of my unanswered prayers and "failed" magical undertakings.

Some folks further explain away magic by something like this:  "If you don't believe strongly in it, it won't work."  I disagree with this sentiment.  It basically is stating that the power of the mind is that which controls all outcomes.  If that is so, why is there such a rich body of magical practice that puts such weight on the power of natural items, such as plants and minerals, or on amulets and talismans - items that have spiritual power inherent to themselves?  Some examples would be crystals, Rabbit's foot, religious symbol jewelry, horseshoes, etc.  These are reputed to work without any input or belief from us, and these practices are as old as time.  If these items had no intrinsic power themselves, all we would be engaged in would be creative visualization practices such as those taught in certain meditation traditions or that popularized by The Secret and The Law of Attraction - there would be no natural or folk magic which honors the natural powers of plants, minerals, and animals.  A fascinating topic - not one that can be developed even in part within these few lines.

Spells that don't work are often not the fault of the conscientious magicworker.  A good worker will use their common sense, their experience, and their intuition/psychic gifts to help guide you magically into the right work and right intent and outcome - they should not promise you the moon or encourage you in any unreasonable and unattainable goals.  They should work with you to craft work that is suiting to your needs and is realistic.

But even so, sometimes magic does not bear fruits, and this is not the fault of your well-meaning magic worker.  Sometimes doctors fail even though they tried their hardest and we don't assess blame.  Sometimes the Reverend's prayers do not save your loved one from Death's grip and we don't blame the Reverend.  We simply reassess our desires, rework our intentions, make a new game plan, look for unlearned lessons, and brush ourselves off and go on again.  God has something greater in store for you something beyond what you're hoping for!

2)  How does magic work (in a nutshell)? I'll explain this as best I can in a nutshell and provide a suggested reading list if you're so inclined.

A.  Magic works because it utilizes natural energies inherent in plants, minerals, and other natural curios.  From the dawn of time people have ascribed metaphysical and spiritual characteristics to items in the natural world.  Folks who are gifted in this regard can sense these powers, feel how they combine together harmoniously, and can tap into this natural energy to use and gain from it.  An example is carrying a lucky buckeye nut or alligator's foot for good luck or wearing a piece of rose quartz to attract love and friendship.  Read "Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic," by catherine yronwode for a fantastic field guide of sorts into magical herbalism in the hoodoo tradition.

B.  Magic works through the intent and energywork of the practitioner.  "Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind."  You've read The Secret; right; and you're familiar with The Law of Attraction?  This magical principle has been majorly popularized and simplified by the aforementioned book and film, but it is a long-standing phenomenon.  Your thoughts create your experience, and I'm sure you've seen this one in action.  If all you ever talk about is your bad luck, you worry and obsess about it, what are you affirming and reinforcing?  More bad luck.  How about your successful friend... the one who spends money freely, writes checks with abandon, feeling secure that all his financial needs are taken care of and he has plenty to meet his needs.  What happens to him?  He is blessed with a constant influx of money and success.  Some magic practitioners tap into this spiritual principle one way or another for themselves and for their clients.  Read "The Secret," by Rhonda Byrne, "The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity" by Edwene Gaines, and "Creative Visualization," by Shakti Gawain.  Now, positive thinking and visualization practices alone do not account for magical results; they are just one component.

C.  Magic works because it aligns God's will with your will.  God is omniscient, already is aware of the depths of your suffering, already knows what your heart desires, and is awaiting with open arms to receive you and provide everything you desire.  It is just your mind, your thoughts, your ego, your behaviors, and your words which prevent you from manifesting your dreams.  Magic, as well as prayer and meditation, helps to bridge that gap - to allow you to "catch up" with God.

Sometimes a magic spell is, at its root, a dressed up prayer with powerful props.  I'm no expert in this phenomenon, but through sincere prayer, I often get strong Divine guidance which is of great assistance to my magical work.  It is God doing the work through my body, my hands, and my voice - really as it is at all times - we're just not always tuned into it.  A great book on the subject experiencing a oneness with God is "Divine Revelation" by Susan Shumsky.  Another book of hers, "Miracle Prayer," teaches the technique of affirmative prayer which really shaped my prayer practice as well as my magical practice.

Any way, in my opinion magic is effected by a combination of those three powers enumerated above - amongst other powers and reasons beyond my comprehension, too subtle or complicated to mention here, and/or certainly there's powers that I have overlooked.  As good book which provides an overview of magical practices is entitled "Practice of Magic"by Draja Mickaharic.  Actually all his books are good.

3)  When should i see results from my magic or candleburning?  I was taught to look for magical results in a grouping of three:  three days, three weeks, and three months.

Within three days of the work, you should stay open to any omens or signs, positive or negative, about the status and outcome of your intents.  These could take the forms of chance happenings, a sign or statement from a stranger, a dream, and random events that have meaning or relate somehow to your working.  Be on the look-out for these early signs - they're always there.

By three weeks you should have definite, observable movement.  Things should be starting to or in the process of unfolding either toward your goal or away from it.  You should have a little more than signs; you should have some results.

In most instances after three months you should either have what you desire, it should be within arm's reach, or you don't.  There are a few exceptions in the instance of chronic and severe problems, long-standing conditions, and excessively stubborn situations and people.  If you do not have what you wish after three months, do some soul-searching.  Re-evaluate your intent.  Is it towards your best nature?  Do you have any doubts?  How can you re-work it?  Then try again or move on.

For long-term magical work it is absolutely necessary to set a deadline.  This is most true for reconciliation work which has a tendency to drag on and on with little windows of hope, then disappointment, more time, etc.  In prayer ask God or your Higher Self for a deadline, a firm time where you will work your hardest to obtain your goal, but after this date, whatever it is, if you still don't have what you want, you will give it up and move forward.  This is such important advice; i pass it on whenever i can.

4)  Can you recommend me to another ethical practitioner?  Yes, i'd be happy to.  No one worker suits all clients, and if you're looking for someone a little different than me, i'm happy to help.

5)  Do you sell on eBay?  I do offer certain services and the occasional amulet for auction on eBay from time to time, and you might find them for a significant discount.  My User ID is ldygry777.   You can search for a user ID in the Community tab on eBay's home page.

6)  Do you offer any kind of guarantee?  I have a professional code of ethics guarantee detailed on my Terms Page.  Look through some of the questions above for more information about refunds and shipping insurance.

7)  Do you have an email policy?  May i email you freely once you are working for me?  I welcome all kindly emails from folks with questions, from clients, and from people with comments.  However, i do prioritize who gets answered first, but i aim to answer all emails within 24 business hours.

Emails that get answered first are any Request for Service/Supply Forms and current client questions.  Personal emails or daily (or more frequent) emails from someone (client or not) who just needs cheering up or who wants to tell me how bad their day is gets lower priority.  I'm not trying to be uncaring; it's just that i have a job to do, and although i care about your happiness and well-being, i can't spend hours a day typing emotional support emails acting as a free life coach.

Please do feel free to confide in me and update me and ask me questions, just be mindful of your requests on my time, read the Terms of Service Page for conduct expectations, and also consider hiring me for a phone consultation if you desire to speak to me at length.

8)  What are your business hours?  These vary by the week.  I do work on weekends, but not all weekends.  Check my Client Section for current availability, wait times, and scheduling updates.
